Cannot be combined with any existing promotions or discount offers. PRIZES: Winners will be randomly selected by using the purchase receipt or invoice number and notified via email and or phone. Each customer who purchases a new device [AMB362, AMB363, AMB365, AMB368] package (including subscription and installation) or renews their subscription for a minimum of 1 year is eligible to enter. Customers who qualify will automatically be entered for a chance to win the grand prize or any one of the consolation prizes. Only Fleet purchases are eligible for the Fleet prizes. Method of selecting winner/s: Automated selection of accounts activated within the promotional period. Eligible invoices and sales receipt numbers will be placed in a container each, for retail customers and fleet customers. The first three eligible customers selected from the Retail and Fleet containers will be considered the first, second and third place winners under each category (Fleet/Retail). Five additional eligible customers will be selected under each category and then elevated as next in line in the event the first three selected default. Method of notifying winner/s: Winning customers will be notified using the mobile number and/or email address registered in the customer's application on record at Amber Solutions: Winners will be notified by calling their mobile number two (2) times, sending two (2) text messages and two (2) email messages, over two days starting on the day of the draw. A successful call is registered when the number rings, goes to voicemail, is busy or returns a system message. No voicemail will be left. A text message or email is deemed delivered using the mobile number or email on record. Amber will not be responsible for incorrect email addresses on record in the customer application. If a prize winner does not acknowledge the winning communication within 5 business days of the first notification, the next prize winner in line is elevated. Details of prize/s: Grand Prize (1st winner) – One each for a Fleet and a Retail customer: Any new Fleet-Tracking service valued up to $50,000; Any new Retail-Tracking service valued up to $30,000, 1 Year Panic Response from Quest Security, 50% Discount from IronRock Insurance (Retail Customers Only). Consolation Prize (2nd winner) – Gift Voucher for use at any Stewart’s location ($15,000 each for a Fleet and a Retail Customer) - total value $30,000.
